BOARD OF THE ASSOCIATION

The Board is elected annually in November or December at the association’s statutory autumn meeting. The Board is responsible for managing the association’s affairs; its composition includes a chairperson and a vice-chairperson — elected at the autumn meeting — as well as three to eight members and zero to two spare members. If necessary, the Board may be supplemented during the year through an extraordinary general meeting of the association. The Board’s term of office is always one calendar year.
